Regardless of playing experience, any coach can become more efficient and effective in training players by taking part in coaching education. NVSC requires a minimum of the CYSA E license or equivalent to coach in our program, and coaches are encouraged to pursue training beyond the E level.
CYSA courses are offered each summer in Napa, and throughout the year in surrounding communities. More information on CYSA coaching courses, including schedules for the F, E, E/D,and National D coaching courses can be found at http://www.cysanorth.org/Coaching/coaching_courses.htm. This site also includes links to the national coaching courses offered by USSF and NSCAA.
